To move cargo around Kyiv, MONE studio turns to specialized carriers that transport and carry heavy cargo. The cost of delivery in this case is calculated individually. Depending on the distance and specifics of the location of the cargo delivery address (floor area, availability of an elevator, etc.).

Having many years of experience working with various suppliers, we recommend using the services of the "Nova Poshta" company, because in case of damage to the cargo due to the fault of the cargo carrier, they compensate the full estimated value of the goods.

Characterizing the activities of other companies, carriers of such characteristics were not monitored on a permanent basis. Costs for transportation by "Nova Poshta", as well as cargo insurance, are borne by the Customer. Upon agreement with the buyer, delivery by other delivery services is possible.

When shipping to other cities, the buyer pays for the goods after a visual inspection directly at the delivery service branch ("Tax Payment" service). In the case of discovery of damage to the goods, which is the reason for refusal to accept it, the Customer must fill out the Carrier's form about the damage to the goods. It is important to do this directly upon receipt in the presence of an employee of the Carrier. Otherwise, the Carrier will not pay insurance for the goods.

The most budget-friendly delivery option is self-pickup by the Customer from the MONE studio warehouse. Our company's employees will load the goods into the Customer's vehicle free of charge. The risks of damage to the goods at the time of loading and before the start of the movement of the Vehicle lie on the Customer's side. The driver of the vehicle on behalf of the Customer must make sure that the goods are located and fixed in accordance with the wishes of the Carrier. The Customer bears the risk of damage to the products during self-delivery from the beginning of the movement.

Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday until 4:00 p.m. after payment for the goods. Orders placed on Sunday are processed on Monday. The specific time is specified for each Order separately before the date of shipment.
